Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby unconditionally and forever relieve, release and discharge Kearns Building Joint Venture and Hines West, LLC, their direct and indirect partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees (collectively, the Indemnities") from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, suits, causes of action, judgments, costs and expenses whatsoever, whether known or unknown, that I may now or at any time in the future have, whether from loss or damage to person or property or otherwise, arising from, on account of or in any way connected with the May 2024 Massage Chair Event, my use of the Building or any of my activities in or about the Building, AND, IN EACH CASE, WHETHER OR NOT ARISING OR RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE INDEMNITIES.
